Thermal Management of Electronic Circuitry

Engineered Fluids’ ElectroCool Coolants can cool any type of electronic circuitry or optical device.  No protective coatings are required on circuitry; ElectroCool is compatible with all circuit board and component materials.

High Powered, Hot Circuitry

Amplifier circuitry of every type have one thing in common:  Higher power and higher temperatures.  Thermal Management with Immersion Cooling can solve these problems.  Customers report that ElectroCool Coolants have enabled them to get “three times the power in half the size”, compared with air cooling.

LEDs, LASERS and Optical Devices

Because of its Optical Clarity, ElectroCool Coolants are used for thermal management of a variety of LASER and High-Powered LEDs for both commercial and military applications.

RF and Microwave Transmission

ElectroCool Fluids have excellent RF transmission characteristics.  ElectroCool Coolants exhibit no attenuation of RF or Microwave signal from CW to 20 GHz.  ElectroCool’s Dielectric Constant is almost flat across this spectrum, too.  This opens applications such as antenna cooling and radome flooding.
